Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to consultation sessions booked with Workspace Alderfield Co., Ltd., including retirement reserve consultations, offline wallet inventory reviews, and annual reserve log maintenance.

Deposit and payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session. Deposits are collected via bank transfer.

Full refund eligibility

You receive a full deposit refund when:

• You cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time
• We cancel the session due to staff unavailability or office closure
• You reschedule to a new date at least 48 hours in advance (deposit transfers to the new date)

Partial refund eligibility

A 50% deposit refund applies when:

• You cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session
• You reschedule with less than 48 hours notice (one reschedule permitted per booking)

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (full deposit forfeited)
• No-shows without prior contact
• Printed binder materials already prepared for your session
• Completed sessions (full session fee is non-refundable once the session begins)
• Optional heir workshop add-ons once materials are printed

Work already started

If you cancel after we have begun preparatory work (custom binder printing, dual-language template preparation), we deduct actual material costs from any refund, up to the deposit amount.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original bank account. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.

Session dissatisfaction

If you believe a session did not deliver the described scope, contact hello@workspace-alderfield.click within 7 days. We will review session notes and offer a partial credit toward a follow-up session where appropriate. We do not provide refunds based on cryptocurrency market performance or investment outcomes.
