1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing workspace-alderfield.click or booking a consultation with Workspace Alderfield Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and remote consultation sessions for documenting offline cryptocurrency holdings through reserve logs and related paper records. We do not custody assets, execute trades, or provide investment recommendations.

3. Appointments and cancellations

Session bookings require a 30% deposit. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time receive a full deposit refund. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during sessions. You must not ask us to store seed phrases, private keys, or credentials. You acknowledge that reserve log documentation is a record-keeping aid, not a guarantee of asset recovery.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, session templates, and printed materials we provide remain our intellectual property. You may use materials for personal documentation purposes. Redistribution or commercial use requires written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daejeon, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
